So far Snape and Amir have recognised that free education should be an aim but currently not achievable. Speer thinks this is a good question and believes there are a multiple avenues for free education. He uses examples of tax aversion and 4% tax rise on the 4%.
Richardson also believes it "is not a bad target to aim for" but need to pursue other avenues.
