Fowler responds with being forced to fail firms is "fundamentally wrong". Haven't been clear guidance on what to do at trusts, discrepancies between trusts and needs to be unified.

James has used the disability services and believes it is not up to scratch. She wants to bring ME disability team down to Whitechapel once a week. Now taking questions on female issues and disabilities. Suggests a leaflet in freshers packs, identifying these issues and help points.

Downer comments on sexism in hospitals and on wards both ways. Agrees that a contact on Whitechapel for disabilities is essential. Admits that campaigns are difficult to get out there and will work with ME officers to bring all benefits to Barts.
